For the first time on this trip, we watched the sunrise from inside the little yellow tent. Pure bliss to spend the night out in the countryside and waking to birds chirping in the trees. It was a perfect night for it too. The moon was bright, the air cooled down pleasantly and we knew we would come to the next small village within a few short kilometers for our breakfast. -k
Kat and I are not morning people. But the high afternoon temperatures have motivated us to greet the day early. And early has its advantages. When you rise early, you get to see the world start its day–whether it’s students cycling to school, roadside restaurants opening up for the breakfast rush, or kids taking the family cows out to pasture. -w
